For more than 25 years, Louis has recruited top talent while also designing and executing workforce development initiatives that create sustainable hiring pipelines. During the past 11 years as contract recruiter for Explore Charleston, he has helped facilitate more than 1,000 hires while building nationally-recognized workforce programs, including the Governor's Award-winning Intern Cultural Enrichment Program (ICEP) and the Turnaround Tuesday Veterans Employment Program. The latter was given the “Seven Seals Award,” in 2011, which is a recognition from the Veterans Administration.
